1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BrandBlaze LLC (“BrandBlaze,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use BrandBlaze. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Accounts and Membership

  • Brands must purchase a Pro membership (monthly or yearly) to post brand information.

  • Businesses may register for a Standard account to search and contact brands.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion.

4. Authorized Brand Listings

Only authorized representatives of a brand — including employees, founders, or verified affiliates — are permitted to post brand information. Impersonation, fake listings, or unauthorized postings are strictly prohibited. Accounts in violation will be suspended or terminated, reported directly to the affected brand, and may subject the violator to legal action by the brand.

5. Content Ownership and Responsibility

Brands retain full ownership of the content they upload. BrandBlaze does not claim any license or rights to reuse your content. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information posted is accurate and legitimate.

6. Messaging System

Businesses can contact brands through a built-in messaging system. BrandBlaze does not monitor or control the content of these communications.

7. Subscription Trials and Billing

  • Pro Yearly memberships include a free trial. At the end of the trial period, the card on file will be automatically charged the yearly fee unless the subscription is cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

  • Monthly memberships are billed immediately upon signup and renew monthly.

  • If payment fails after multiple retry attempts, the account will be placed in Paused status until updated payment information is provided and successfully charged.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations require submission of a cancellation request form. Cancellations are processed manually by our support team.

  • Accounts remain accessible after cancellation, but brand listings will remain hidden in Pending Review until a new subscription is purchased.

  • Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid.

9. Account Statuses

  • Active: Full account access and brand listings published.

  • Paused: Account access remains, but brand listings are hidden in Pending Review until payment is updated.

  • Canceled: Same as Paused; account access remains, but listings stay hidden until reactivation.

10. Payment and Refund Policy

  • All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

  • BrandBlaze does not store your payment details.

  • All membership fees are non-refundable.

11. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use BrandBlaze for unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Posting unauthorized or fake brand listings

  • Spamming or distributing malicious content

  • Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation

12. Termination

We may suspend or permanently delete any account that violates these Terms, uploads false information, or impersonates another entity.

13. Limitation of Liability

BrandBlaze is not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from your use of the platform. Use of the website is at your own risk.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BrandBlaze LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

15. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New Jersey.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
